You're Solid At Work.

Outside Of It, You're Running On Empty.

Tradie leaders already know how to run a project.

Solid Built Man shows how to apply that same structure, planning and discipline to the life outside of work.

Does This Sound Like You...

The job follows you home.

You're good at your job. You know how to run a project, lead a crew, and solve problems under pressure.

But when you pull into the driveway at the end of the day, mentally exhausted, still thinking about what happened and what’s waiting for you tomorrow, you’re home, but you’re not really there.

And it starts showing up in ways you probably don't want it to.

You've got systems for everything at work.

You've got nothing for yourself.

→ You’re good at solving problems at work. At home, you feel lost.

→ You react in ways you don’t always understand. Something small sets you off, and afterwards you wish you’d handled it differently.

→ You feel disconnected from the people closest to you. Things aren’t quite how you’d like them to be, but you’re not sure where to start.

→ You carry a lot on your own. Everyone seems to rely on you, but making time for yourself doesn’t come naturally.

→ You’re getting things done, doing everything right on paper, but something still feels missing.

The life you actually want keeps getting pushed to later.

"Twenty years in construction taught me how to run projects... It didn't teach me how to switch off."

The construction industry has taught me a few things over the years. How to run crews, manage trades, stick to schedules and deliver projects.

What it didn't teach me was how to run my own life.

For years I told myself it was temporary.

It would settle down after this project. Things would get better...

It never did.

There was always another project. Another deadline. Another problem to solve.

I'm good at handling pressure on site and getting jobs over the line. That's what I do.

But eventually I realised that the pressure wasn't just affecting me. It was affecting the people closest to me.

My relationship broke down, and I had to evaluate how I'd been operating.

That's when I realised something I wish I'd understood years earlier.

I had systems for running projects. I had no system for running my own life.

I knew how to plan a job, manage problems, lead people and keep things moving.

But when the workday finished, I had no process for switching off, managing the pressure or being the man I wanted to be outside work.

I had become my job.

So I decided to take a good, hard look at where my life was.

Not because I couldn't handle pressure.

Not because I had all the answers.

But because I knew something had to change.

That's why I built Solid Built Man.

A practical system for the part of life that happens after you leave the site.

Because I'd learned what happens when you don't have one.

The hard way.

What operating differently looks like

Imagine walking through the front door and actually arriving.

Not still on site. Not running tomorrow in your head. Actually there.

Managing the handover.

Getting out of work mode before work follows you through the front door.

Shutting Down.

Finishing the day properly so the job, the pressure and tomorrow's problems stay where they belong.

Knowing how you're operating.

Daily check-in's to catch pressure early and set the standard for the day.

  Leading where it counts.

The same standards you bring to work: being dependable, keeping your word, staying calm and showing up when it matters.

  Knowing what you're building.

A clear picture of where you want to end up, and decisions that move you towards it.

  Operating calmly under pressure.

It's not about what happens. It's about how you respond.

At work. At home. Everywhere it matters.

That's not a different man. That's a SOLID one.

How a project runs.

Every successful project follows the same process.

Project: Life works exactly the same way.

You already know how to run a project.

You understand what needs to happen first, what needs to be planned, what needs to be executed, what needs to be monitored and what needs to happen when the job is finished. There's a process.

Project: Life applies those same project principles to the part of life that happens outside work.

Not because your life is a construction project.

Because the way you run a successful project — structure, planning, standards, action, review, and adjustment — can also help you run your life.

INITIATION

What are we building?

Start by understanding where things actually stand, what's not working and what needs attention.

PLANNING

How are we going to build it?

Get clear on what matters, what needs to change and the standards you want to build around.

EXECUTION

Do the work.

Put the systems, standards and habits into practice — in your actual life, not just on paper.

MONITORING &

CONTROL

Stay ahead of problems.

Review what's working, identify where things are slipping and make adjustments before small problems become bigger ones.

CLOSURE

Where are we now, and what's next?

Review the build, identify what's changed, and put a plan in place for the next 90 days.

Same mechanics. Different project.

You don't need to slow down. You need to learn how to operate.

Not mindset coaching. Not motivation.

The pressure comes and goes. Some weeks are flat out. Others aren't. But there are always deadlines, problems to solve and people relying on you.

Solid Built Man isn't about escaping that. It's about learning how to operate when it hits.

It's about building the systems, standards and habits that help you operate properly when pressure hits.

It's about taking ownership of your life outside of the jobsite.

Because here's what most tradie leaders already know deep down...

The problem isn't the job.

The problem is that the job follows them everywhere.

Into the driveway.

Through the front door.

Onto the couch. Into bed.

Into the conversations that should have happened, but didn't.

Into the short fuses with your kids.

Into the distance with your partner.

Into the moments that passed while they were mentally somewhere else.

And the hardest part isn't always the pressure itself.

It's knowing you're capable of more at home, and not having a system to get there.

That's what Solid Built Man is built for.

For the bloke who's exceptional on site but running on empty everywhere else.

The bloke who knows something needs to change but doesn't know where to start.

This is where you start.

Not mindset coaching. Not motivation. Not another bloke telling you how to live.

A practical system built around structure, standards and follow-through — for the part of life that happens after you leave the site.

The same principles you already use to run successful projects.

Applied deliberately to the most important one you'll ever lead.

The Life Site Walk

Before the program starts, we walk the site. That's You.

Six areas of your life are assessed honestly, the same way you'd inspect a site before starting a build.

It's a conversation about where things actually are for you.

We look at where things stand, what needs attention, and build a system for operating better across all of it.

That assessment becomes the foundation everything else gets built on.

No pressure. If it's not for you, all good.

You’ll still walk away with a clearer picture of where the site stands — and what might need attention.

One conversation. That's where it starts.

Eight weeks from now, you'll operate differently.

Here's what we BUILD.

Built around the same principles you already use to run a project: planning, systems, regular reviews, honest assessment.

Week by week, you'll inspect where things actually are, build the systems that change how you operate, and develop the standards that hold regardless of how the week went.

One project. Your life.

By the end, you'll have a 90-day plan and a system that runs without the program.

Questions You Might Have

Is this just another coaching program?

No. Solid Built Man is a practical system for tradie leaders who are solid at work but struggling to operate properly outside it. It's built around structure, standards, accountability and follow-through — things you already understand from construction.

What actually happens on the Life Site Walk?

It's a conversation about where things actually stand. We look honestly at six areas of your life and work out what's going well, what's under pressure and what needs attention. No pitch. No pressure.

Do I have to commit to the program?

No. The Life Site Walk is simply the first conversation. If you decide it's not for you, that's completely fine.

How much time does the program take?

It's designed around a full working life. The program includes six 30-minute coaching calls over eight weeks, with practical work between calls that fits into your normal week.

Is this therapy?

No. This is practical coaching for men who want to operate better under pressure, improve their relationships, create more structure and take more control of their lives.

Do I need to have a major problem before I start?

No. You don't need to be at a breaking point. If you know something isn't working the way you want it to, that's enough reason to take a proper look at it.

Is this only for tradies?

It's built specifically for tradie leaders. Men who carry responsibility, lead people, solve problems and spend most of their time making sure everyone else is looked after.

What happens after the eight weeks?

The goal isn't to make you dependent on coaching. It's to give you a way of operating that you can continue on your own. You'll finish with a clearer direction, stronger standards and a plan for what comes next.

What if I'm not sure it's for me?

That's exactly why the Life Site Walk comes first. You don't need to know the answer before you start.

Just have the conversation.
